Exercise Physiologist
An exercise physiologist (we call it EP for short) can help you whether you are dealing with an injury, disability or just want to live a healthier life through exercise.
An exercise physiologist can work with you to design and implement an exercise and lifestyle improvement program which will aid in the management and prevention of diseases as well as help improve your mobility, strength and functional capacity.
We utilise a unique approach where our therapists work collaboratively to ensure all aspects of your care are covered, for example, both the physiotherapist and dietitian may be required to maximise the effectiveness of the lifestyle modification program.
At Concentric, our exercise physiologists are ESSA Accredited Exercise Professionals who use evidence-based practices to design and implement tailored exercise and lifestyle improvement programs. Our team designs and implements individualised programs to assist in managing chronic conditions, improving functional mobility and strength, and promoting enhanced quality of life and mental well-being.
