Co-founder and Director

Angeline is the co-founder of Concentric and oversees all clinical governance and professional development. She is a passionate allied health professional whose mission is to improve the healthcare industry, specifically for seniors and people with disabilities.

Nicholas Young

Co-founder and Director

Nick is the co-founder of Concentric and is the current leader of the NDIS service division of Concentric. Nick is a physiotherapist by profession who leads the growing team and ensures they live out the Concentric purpose of increasing access to quality care.

Nick Beckett

Managing Director 

Nick has extensive experience and passion about building teams and scaling impact enterprises. His main responsibilities include building strategy, leadership capability and general commercial scalability / sustainability of Concentric. He works directly with the Directors and Leadership team to ensure that the Concentric team are able to operationalise and execute developed strategies and lead them into the future.

Jo Shepherd

Chief Financial Officer

Jo is a Chartered Accountant who is passionate about working in growing businesses.  She has previously worked at T2, Dimple and Zenitas, and played a key role in helping them to reach their potential.  As Head of Finance, Jo is responsible for financial reporting and forecasting and oversees all transactional functions, including debtors, creditors and payroll.  By automating systems and streamlining processes, Jo is building a scalable finance function at Concentric.  Jo is driven to develop and guide the broader team around her, in order to build their career opportunities.

Simon Baird

Chief Information Officer

Simon has over 10 years of experience leading technology teams for healthcare organisations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Simon believes that technology and fluent systems enable quality care and remove friction for clients in accessing services. Simon has extensive experience implementing systems and driving large-scale projects for transformational change.

Suzanne Shepherd

Chief People Officer

Suzanne has a stellar Human Resources career developed at larger organisations such as AAMI and Suncorp. Her most recent role, at McMillan Shakespeare (an ASX-listed company) where she worked for thirteen years, was as the Chief Human Resources Officer.  
Suzanne is passionate about creating, and courageously leading, organisational culture that drives strong performance through inclusive workforce engagement, learning and reward initiatives that simultaneously satisfy people’s career development aspirations. Suzanne will be working closely with our Human Resource and Talent Acquisition teams.
