We run a number of different exercise classes at all of our rehabilitation centres, from falls and balance to classes for those with Parkinsonโs disease and everything in between.
We believe exercise is medicine and will structure an individualized program to ensure you get fit, healthy and live your best life!
Our exercise classes are led by our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, ensuring our classes are safe, fun and social.
They have been designed to assist in improving a number of different conditions including:

PD Warrior

Fall Prevention and Balance Program
Feeling unsteady on your feet? Perhaps you are recovering from a recent fall. Our individualised falls and balance classes help restore confidence, improve mobility and redefine potential.
Hydrotherapy
These personalised exercise classes are specifically designed as an alternative for land based exercises or to mix up your gym based exercise with a low impact environment of a swimming pool to improve your overall fitness. The classes aim to increase fitness and strength with low impact to the joints while also catering for different levels of fitness and ability.
