As a graduate, you will be supported by a clinic team leader and work within a multidisciplinary (MDT) framework alongside other allied health professionals including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and dietitians.

In addition to this support. Concentric provides continuous clinical mentoring from a senior in your discipline through regular one-to-one and group sessions. You will also continue to grow your clinical knowledge through structured internal professional development, and MDT group mentoring.

2026 New Graduate Program Webinar

The Concentric talent team hosted a Webinar for their 2026 New Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners on June 26 2025.

The Webinar covered who Concentric is as a company, our unique model of care, and what to expect as a new graduate. Viewers also heard from the Concentric allied health discipline leads about their career journeys and how they work with their team. Plus a new graduate who commenced their career journey with Concentric in 2025 spoke about their experiences, and a Clinic Team Leader. There were also some questions of the speakers at the end of the presentation.
