What would an Exercise Physiology session look like?
A session with an Exercise Physiologist (EP) is fun, engaging, and tailored to your child’s unique goals and interests, the session could be in our clinic, at your home, even in a pool. Whether it’s improving coordination, building strength, mastering balance, or practicing a particular skill, every activity is designed to support your child’s development.
EPs also focus on fostering healthy habits beyond therapy sessions. A home exercise program may be provided to help your child practice skills, speed up progress, and encourage an active lifestyle.

Regular re-assessments ensure your child is achieving their goals, and adjusting the program as needed.
Education on healthy habits, including nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
Continuous encouragement and motivation and support to inspire confidence and consistency.
