Concentric Communities serves a diverse population across all ages, offering support through our clinics or as a visiting service. Our clinics feature specialised equipment, gymnasiums, and sensory and treatment rooms. We provide both individual and multidisciplinary care, coordinated by a key therapist based on each client's needs and goals.

At Concentric, we bring together a range of allied health practitioners to provide a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation. The various disciplines represented at any facility depend on the types of services provided to the client.

NDIS and private client support

Concentric is an NDIS-registered provider and offers support to NDIS clients as well as private clients, DVA, MVA, and functional assessment clients.
