Allied Health Support 

We are able to provide the following allied health supports across aged care, disability and paediatrics: 

Physiotherapy, psychology, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, Positive Behaviour Support, and dietetics.

Exercise classes

Exercise is often an excellent adjunct for physiotherapy and exercise physiology services. The Concentric team provides an extensive range for you to enjoy, including dementia-friendly groups, PD Warrior, Falls and Balance classes.

Aged care services

Aged care services focus on promoting independence, no matter what age you are. These can include recovery following joint replacement surgery, reducing your risk of falls and increasing overall enjoyment of life.

Homecare

We offer dedicated support in the home and our clinical team are experienced in working with people with dementia, neurological conditions, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes and more. 

Paediatrics

We work together with children requiring NDIS support as well as private patients, and their families to achieve their goals in communication and daily activities. When working with children under the age of seven, we use a keyworker – early childhood intervention approach. Specialities include occupational therapy and speech pathology.
