In a bid to supercharge our talent pool, Concentric have launched a targeted recruitment campaign called Route 66 – aiming to recruit 66 allied health professionals by September 2025.
This incentive campaign is open to all Concentric staff as well as people external to Concentric, with the exception of Recruitment Agencies.
With each successful referral to the campaign, both the referrer and referee are eligible to receive $2000 in bonuses. There is no limit to how many referrals are submitted.
Current Concentric team members have the additional incentive of being eligible to win a brand new car – with every referral that is made by them.

Mr Nick Beckett, Managing Director of Concentric said that ‘whilst our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for our recruitment, we are asking all Concentric team members, as well as people outside Concentric to assist them in this task. To be able to grow as a business, we need to increase our service delivery and need more allied health staff to achieve this. This campaign is different to our refer a friend program as there is increased incentive bonuses, bonuses paid to the referee as well, plus the main prize is a brand new car.
We called the campaign Route 66 as we need 66 allied health professionals, and the main prize for internal staff is a car with Route 66 being a famous car route in the USA.”
