Concentric has just opened a brand new purpose built Wellness Centre within the Homestyle Aged Care Belmont Grange facility in Grovedale, Victoria.

This dedicated expansive space boasts a huge gym area and private treatment rooms filled to the brim with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. This clinic is co-located within the Belmont Grange facility, home to 85 aged care residents.

The Concentric team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and exercise physiologists provide support to the residents who reside within the facility, as well as the facility is open to the general public.

Concentric allied health practitioners conduct comprehensive initial assessments of each resident upon their arrival and work together with Homestyle staff to support residents through :

– 3 monthly individual assessments and care plan reviews

– Additional assessment and management, as required

– Post fall assessment and management, as required

– Pressure care and equipment assessment as required

– 8 week booster programs for eligible residents in group or 1:1 therapy with an allied health practitioner

– Ongoing maintenance class led by an allied health assistant

They also offer group exercise classes, and 1:1 exercise programs.

We also anticipate opening one more similar facility in the area by the end of 2024. Concentric aims to increase access to quality care for 10 million people over the next ten years, and this dedicated facility will go along way to increasing access for older Australians.”
