✅ Central Support: (1300 148 160 or support@concentric.com.au) closed all public holidays and the work days between COB Tuesday 24 December 2024 and 8am AEST on Monday 30 December 2024.
The phone line hours will be adjusted on the week of the 30 December 2024 as listed below and our team will respond to any voicemails and emails left outside of these hours:
*Monday 30 December 11am AEST to 4pm AEST
*Tuesday 31 December 11am AEST to 4pm AEST
*Thursday 2 January 11am AEST to 4pm AEST
*Friday 3 January 11am AEST to 4pm AEST
☑️ Community Clinics : closed all public holidays and the work days between COB Tuesday 24 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025. These clinics will be re-opening on Thursday 2 January 2025.
✅ Wellness Centres: closed all public holidays. Please refer to each individual Wellness Centre about additional support services over the festive season.
All services will be back to normal operating hours as of Monday 6 January 2025.
